Basic Introduction
This mod changes the diplomatic option of "Insult" in the vanilla game to the option that leads to the main content of this mod. As a series of MODS, this mod currently focuses on spy systems and plans to provide some other contents later.
The spy system is mainly composed of two aspects: spy network and infiltration leader.
Spy Network:
You can improve your Penetration Stage by building spy networks in other countries. When the Penetration Stage is sufficient, you can directly carry out some actions belonging to the spy network, such as forging claims and assassinating leaders. However, if your Penetration Stage is lower than 0, the spies deployed in that country will also be in danger.
Infiltration Leader:
This is the core system of the mod. You can achieve the effect of sending spies to the other country by buying the leaders in the leader pool of the other party. With the change of the position and status of the spies, they can perform different tasks, from undermining national stability, stealing resources to seizing fleets and star region rebellion. They can perform quite a variety of tasks.You can find them in the Edicts or directly through the diplomatic interfaceThere are quite a number of tasks that need to consume Penetration Stage , so try to accumulate them!

间谍网：

渗透领袖：
这是该mod的核心系统，你可以通过收买对方领袖池中的领袖来达到向对方国家派遣间谍的效果，随着间谍的职位，状态的改变，他们能够执行不同的任务，从破坏国家稳定，偷窃资源到抢夺舰队，星区叛乱，他们能执行相当丰富的任务。你可以在法令中找到他们，也可以直接通过外交界面寻找有相当数量的任务需要消耗渗透度，所以努力积攒吧！
