Juggernaut Revamp

The Juggernaut feels… not like a Juggernaut. Something that doesn’t quite match up to power expectations. Aiming to fix that, I’ve done the following:
-Added 2 sections to it, with a similar total slot count to the middle one.
-Added variations to the sections, including:
-Titanic slots for those of you with Apocalypse. They are unlocked by Titans tech.
-Sections with large weapons instead of strikecraft.
-Changed the empire limit. You can build unlimited, with 1 per 1000 naval cap.
-Increased shipyards from 2 to 4
The standard section is the vanilla one, and the standard wing sections are similar in slot distribution.
