Makes Civics Expanded+ and Ethics and Civics Classic (not Ethics and Civics Alternative) compatible, mainly due to both editing the policies and factions, but due to other reasons too.
Do note that both mods add one or two variants of similar civics, so some features may seem similar.
Ensure that this mod is below the other two mods in the load order if using the Paradox Launcher. If using a special mod launcher or the old one, do the reverse order.
