This is the stable alpha branch of the SCM-Overhaul, this branch will be actively updated from the dev branch after playtesting is completed. This mod is developed as a continuation of Petruxa’s ethics and civics classic 2.7 mod, and will look to maintain and expand upon the amazing work he did.

Any features that you wish to request or bug reports you wish to submit are best done in the relevant channels of the Stellaris Community Multiplayer discord server: https://discord.gg/aQzEfT4 where they will be quickly seen and responded to my myself or one of the other devs. Bugs can also be reported through the comments of this mod page, but may not be seen as quickly.

Why is this mod called the SCM overhaul:

This mod is developed for the role playing multiplayer server Stellaris community multiplayer, where we host regular weekly campaigns, this mod is developed as both a continuation of Petruxa’s ethics and civics classic mod, and as an update to it, we seek to create a balanced streamlined experience that supports not only single player, but multiplayer as well. This is still the same mod, we just wish to create a balance and increase player choice, creating a balanced experience for all.
