For 3.11.X ✔️

Just a dirty fix for UI Overhaul Dynamic so that you can use building slots up to 108.
The sidebar will overlap the building slots, but you just have to deal with it.

Works with normal UI Overhaul Dynamic or Bigger Planet View:

Additional Building Slot – Technology – Repeatable – by eltarin
Unlock More Building Slots – by Clairelenia (Increases buildings slots per district)
