Description:

Adds an event on game start to decide whether or not to isolate your starting system. Independant from system initializers and origins/civics, is therefore compatible with everything.

The starting event allows you to either;
– do nothing
– Isolate your home system
– Isolate your home system fully, without the wormhole
– Isolate your home system with a single Hyperlane instead, more useful on high hyperlane settings and such.
