Description:

An AI mini-mod making the AI choose megastructures with some semblance of intelligence instead of nigh-random selection.

WARNING: 2.8 support has been tested to have no syntax errors (can load correctly), but I can not functionally test it until more of my mod stack’s dependencies update

StarNet AI has incorporated some of these changes, but I make a few more "roleplay"-ish type adjustments on top of it.
Glavius AI does not do anything with megastructures.

In vanilla, the AI chooses megastructures more or less randomly. This mod gives some logic to AI selection of megastructures, based on ethics and resource needs.

Compatible with StarNet AI and Glavius AI, as they do very little with megastructures. (The only change StarNet made has already been incorporated here)
Conflicts with any other mods that modify vanilla megastructures (except habitats and gateways, which this mod does not touch), but generally prefer their changes over mine (rather have vanilla AI megastructure selection then a broken feature of a mod)

Recommended load order:

Official launcher (2.4 and up) (lower takes priority):
<top or near top>
StarNet AI or Glavius AI or any other total AI mod (optional)
<this patch>

If you are using Paradox Mod Manager (not the official launcher) or vanilla launcher 2.3 and below, order is reversed (highest takes priority) In this case, these should be near the bottom, with this mod right above your total AI mod (if you have one)

TODO:
Review weights for mega art assembly (boost chance if any planet is short on amenities?)
