the East Europan Imperial Alliance is a conglomerate of nations united under the rule of the East Europan Emperor, commonly referred to as "The Empire."
Contains 26 portraits of the East Europan Imperial Alliance faction members from the Valkyria Chronicles series (VC1 to VC4). This portrait mod is a bit different from the other mods. As only 12 selectable in the empire creation. The other 11 portraits consist of generic Imperial Soldiers and thought that they should serve better as pops and what not, but though they are available as Scientists, Govenors, Admirals, and Generals and can be chosen as rulers when elected.
Please let me know if this is okay or if I should include them.
They can be found in "europan" tab in the species selection.
