Federations – No Hard Feelings for Declined Votes
This mod fixes the annoying stacking negative opinion malus for declining votes. Federations will now no longer break through one empire declining proposals.
Effect:
Now the modifier for declining proposals should no longer stack but just be a single -50 modifier that never goes beyond -50. Federations shouldn’t break because an AI keeps spamming proposals.
Shouls be compatible to most if not all versions.
