To Ring or not to Ring
This is a very simple mod designed to let you customize which planets and moons in your homeworld’s solar system will have rings, via a planetary edict. It is only available until year 10 and does not apply to stars, asteroids, habitats, and ringworlds.
Compatible with everything.
