New Building: Fleet Supply Station (Legacy)
No comming updates due to the revamped planetary building mechanics.
This mod will remain current status for nostalgic players.
========== Previous Description ==========
There is lack of a way to increase the Naval Capacity. If you want a large fleet, you may have to expand your empire, which may not be possible anytime. Therefore I added a new building to expand the Naval Capacity to supply later game.
The building needs no technology, costs 200 minerals + 25 influence to build, and grants +30 Naval Capacity, and is capped at the count of your owned planets.
If you find any Fleet Supply Station counting issue, please let me know that. Also, you may use console command "event fss_check_variable.2" to instantly refresh.
Known issues:
1. Sectors will demolish Fleet Supply Stations. If they are not allowed to demolish, they will move the working pops to other tiles, because FSS have no output.
No vanilla files were edited. Should work fine with all other mods.
