Description:

For 2.8.X ⚠️

A submod for UI Overhaul Dynamic that removes the backgrounds for the scrollable lists on these panels:

• Contacts
• Planets and Sector
• Expansion Planner
• Factions
• Species
• Leaders

A bit helpful early game, when the lists aren’t populated, so that you don’t have a big empty background.
Doesn’t really change much late game, as by then the lists are so populated that it doesn’t really matter.
