This mod is rather small compared to my other leader mods, as the planet governing can’t do anything without planet modifiers.

Not Achievement compatible.

What does it do?
- Every leader has a new skill trait – Directions.
- Direction represents your leader’s prefer when governing planet – Providing jobs and boost the related job efficiency.
the more skill levels they have, the more levels of their Direction goes up – further increase the efficiency of it.
