At least I got this acceleration in my test for 165 year
Vanilla: 3 minutes 43 seconds
With mod: 2 minutes 52 seconds

For Stellaris 2.5.*

How it works?

You probably knew that every day the game checks every pop how good it is for every possible job.
To reduce the amount of computations, this mod adds new trigger to almost every job.
In human language: pop can do X job, if it already has X job or unemployed or from uncapped job list.
Also AI observations from Ashur.[pastebin.com] TLDR ai is fine, thx.

Install-uninstall

At any time.

You can use my script to process files of your version of stellaris or your favorite mod.[github.com]

I spent about 30 mins doing this and tested only changes in the speed of one year. So there may be side effects.

Not compatible

with achievements and all mods that affect the same files:
00_other_jobs.txt
01_ruler_jobs.txt
02_specialist_jobs.txt
03_worker_jobs.txt
04_gestalt_jobs.txt
06_event_jobs.txt
07_fallen_empire_jobs.txt
Would it work with mods about new jobs? Should be fine. But dont forget, new not patched jobs is performance leak.
