At least I got this acceleration in my test for 165 year
Vanilla: 3 minutes 43 seconds
With mod: 2 minutes 52 seconds
For Stellaris 2.5.*
You probably knew that every day the game checks every pop how good it is for every possible job.
To reduce the amount of computations, this mod adds new trigger to almost every job.
In human language: pop can do X job, if it already has X job or unemployed or from uncapped job list.
Also AI observations from Ashur.[pastebin.com] TLDR ai is fine, thx.

I spent about 30 mins doing this and tested only changes in the speed of one year. So there may be side effects.

Would it work with mods about new jobs? Should be fine. But dont forget, new not patched jobs is performance leak.
