Tweaks various aspects of the game. – Compatible 2.2.7
Edicts:
- Dark matter (+10% research speed)
- Zro (+1 sensor range and +10% sublight speed)
- Living Metal (Armor & hull Regen)
Starbase Modules/Buildings:
- Solar Panels improved from 3 to 5 energy
- Hydroponic Bay improved from 3 to 10 food, upkeep also incresed from 1 to 2 energy.
Buildings:
- Natural strategic deposit buildings changed from 1 to 2 jobs, improving output of Motes, Exotic Gases and Rare Crystals.
- Sentinel posts jobs increased from 2 to 4
- Maintenance Depots jobs increased from 3 to 4
- Clone vats changed from 33% to 50% population growth
- Clinic changed from 2 to 1 healthcare workers plus pop growth incease of 15% (25% total with jobs)
- Hospital changed from 5 to 2 healthcare workers plus growth speed increase of 30% (50% total)
- Spawning Pool given pop growth increase of 15% (40% total)
Jobs:
- Healthcare job increased from 5% to 10% pop growth
- Roboticist job increased from 2 to 3
- Replicator job increased from 1 to 2
Districts:
- Entertainment Districts added to ringworlds for Non-Gestalt empires
- Maintenance Zones added to ringworlds for Gestalt empires
- Maintenance Arcologies added to ecumenopolis for Gestalt empires
- Maintenance Stations added to habitats for Gestalt empires
- +1 Maintenance Job to Hive Districts to balance with Nexus district/maintance depot changes
Misc:
- Strike Craft now improved (speed/range) and also behave more like fighters than bombers
- Energy based point defense changed from -75% reduced armor damage to -50% reduced shield damage.
- Modified megastructure restrictions to allow multiple megastructures to built at the same time and some megastructures can be built more than once.
