Compatibility patch for Svafa’s Expanded Species Traits and Planetary Diversity, updated for 2.4 and up

Also has compatibility with the planet types added New Worlds unofficial expansion. This is not required, but the traits will adjust these planet types’ habitabilities

Replaces ! Svafa’s Traits – PD Patch by thief. Please unsubscribe from that mod before using this one.
