Shared Burdens – no ethic restriction
This mod removes all ethics restrictions of Shared Burdens civic, allowing to use it with any ethic combination (excluding Gestalt Consciousness) and any default authority. Additional types of goverments are added for different Shared Burdens authorities:
– Soviet Republic
– Communist State
– Utopian Empire
Additionally, Hegemon origin now doesnt prevent the empire from having Egalitarian ethics, for… some reason.
Note: Shared Burdens cannot be picked with Imperial Cult or Pleasure Seekers civics.
