Less Demotion Time Balance
2.5.x ready. This Mod reduces the ridiculously long demotion time of 3600 and 1800 days of rulers and specialists to 1/10 of the time. Which is plenty for a job change 😉
This should also reduce the issue of instant promotion and way way crazy long demotion period which can totally devastate your economy even early on.
Howto:
You can add it into a running game without problems. New pops that you demote will automatically get the new value. Old pops already in demotion need to be put back into jobs first to reset their timer.
