All Tech Researchable [3.*]
Description
This mods guarantees the appearance of rare technologies (including Fallen Empire technologies, crisis technologies), which was previously researchable only by reverse-engineering or events. Also this mod gives alternative ways of getting some researches.
The mod is fully compatible with save and other mods.
Not working with Iron Man.
