Remove Planetary FTL Inhibitors

This is a simple mod that does one thing, and that is to remove FTL inhibitors from planets.
Compatibly & Incompatibility
Disables achievements in Ironman.
Probably won’t work with any mods that change the tech_ftl_inhibitor tech.
Should work with pretty much anything else.

None currently.
