[Legacy 1.9] Fixed Orbital Bombardment
So when Stellaris launched, Orbital Bombardment didn’t actually have the chances to kill pops and ruin buildings that the tooltips said. So I made this mod to fix that. Then Paradox fixed it in 1.6 – but by changing the tooltips to match the IMO insanely low chances. So this mod stuck around. Now in 2.0 as part of their rework of well, basically everything, they changed the default version of orbital bombardment to something that seems….semi-acceptable, maybe, so IMO this mod won’t really be necessary past 2.0.
I’ll still want it stronger myself, but there’s my other mod for that. This version will be left as is for people who aren’t upgrading to 2.0.

Light Orbital Bombardment: 5% chance to kill pop per month (was 0%)
Limited Orbital Bombardment: 10% chance to kill pop per month (was 2%), 10% chance to ruin a building per month (was 5%)
Full Orbital Bombardment: 15% chance to kill pop per month (was 4%), 20% chance to ruin a building per month
(was 10%), 10% chance to create a tile blocker per month (was 5%).
Armageddon Orbital Bombardment: 15% chance to kill pop per month (was 6%), 20% chance to ruin a building per month (was 15%), 10% chance to create a tile blocker per month (was 6%).
