Feudal Society Policy Control
Adds a new policy to prohibit/allow vassals to expand beyond their existing borders for empires that have the "Feudal Society" civic.
Like other policies, the setting can only be flipped once every 10-years.
Defaults to tolerated (vanilla setting).
AI players will always prefer to use the setting ‘tolerated’ over ‘denied’ so this mod is aimed at players who desire finer grain control.
This policy is only visible to empires who have the "Feudal Society" civic.
