The Emperor Protects… but the xenophobe advisor sounds wimpish. THIS IS HERESY, it must stop at once.

This mod makes the Xenophobe sound cooler by making him sound more like a Terminator, that way you can get your news on the eternal war, without being annoyed.

Should work for 1.9 and 2.0
