Wiz is doing mod genocide, actually it doesnt matter, thank ♥♥♥♥ AI pirates has been rolled into vanilla

So for some reason in vanilla, the AI doesnt get pirates.

Theres been mods that disable pirates in general, but thats lame. The freedom to plunder should be shared by everyone 😀

So I enabled Pirates for the AI, now they will experience the joy of dealing with jolly rodgers, just like yourself!

Compatibility
Should work with any mod that doesnt edit the pirate spawn event loop itself, but is compatible with mods that do edit other parts of the Pirate_Events.txt file.
