Description:

Works around the current bug in the 2.0.2 beta patch by disabling notifications for the Stop Colossus casus belli. Should not affect anything else, including the actual CB. Incompatible with anything else that changes the vanilla CBs.

Apparently does change the checksum, so will disable achievements.
