Titan Hangars
This micro-mod adds hangar ship sections for titans.
Added ship sections:
- Titan Hangar Bow: 6 hangars; 6 large utilities
- Titan Hangar Core: 5 hangars + 4 point defence; 6 large utilities
- Titan Hangar Stern: 3 hangars + 2 point defence; 3 aux utilities
Rationale:
- Number of hangar slots is calculated as follows: 1T = 2L; 1L = 1.5H.
- In vanilla, 1L = 1H. However, following some quick testing, I increased this to 1.5L so that hangar titans aren’t significantly worse than beam titans.
- The point defence slots were added so that there’s something sitting on the otherwise-blank L slots.
FAQ:
Q: Does this mod also add titan hangars for [some other mod]?
A: No. This mod only adds ship sections to the vanilla titan. If you want titan hangars in [some other mod], please ask the authors of that mod. I’m sorry, but I’m not prepared to patch & support every ship-size mod that’s out there.
Technical info / compatibility:
- Requires Apocalypse DLC (to unlock titans).
- No vanilla game files are edited, so this mod should be fully compatible with all other mods.
