Somewhat inspired by what RPG Traits does, It takes all the vanilla strategic resources and instead of being a mere 5% bonus here and 10% bonus there, the bonus is now 20-50%

This mod aims to make them desirable and a target for enemy empires, but they also need to be valuable enough that you’d want to protect them.
