No Forced Peace from War Exhaustion (Updated for 2.1)
This mod removes the ability to force white peace from the game. Peace can only be declared if one side meets it’s war goals or they accept a status quo peace offer.
Towards the late game, AI that is fairly equal to each other can be locked in perpetual war making it impossible to generate a subjugate or vassalize casus belli. If you find your galaxy locked, simply save the game, turn this mod off, and then reload your save. Peace should be declared and your good to re-enable this mod.
