Planetary Fortifications Mod
Small mod I made that buffs the Garrisons and Defensive armies a tad to help make invasions feel more balanced. now both Defensive armies and Garrisons have a little more health and damage than assault armies to simulate homefield advantage. Defensive armies and Garrisons have the same stats and I have added some tech that can help boost the health of your garrisons so that they will remain relevant throughout the game.
this mod should be compatible with most mods that do not edit the vanilla armies.txt
