Better Hyperdrives
Just a few edits to the game Defines to strengthen Hyperdrives. In Heinlein, the Hyperdrive lost its strongest feature (jumping from anywere inside the system), and even with the removal of Warp and Wormholes in 2.0 are still pretty weak. To counter that, I have:
– Decreased Windup from 15 to 10 days. This means that tiers 2 and 3 will reduce it to 7.5 and 5 days respectively.
– Removed the Windup penalty for being outside of your territory.
– Increased travel speed by 50%.
