Government Customization
This mod allows you to select how your government operates. What kind of social elitie comprises your society? An aristocracy or an oligarchy of plutocrats. Do your people elect a House of Representatives or are laws dictacted by a Church Council?
Each option, found in the policies screen, will make some pops happy and others upset depending on how it aligns with their ethics. They also each give a specific set of effects to your government.
