Civilian Auto Migration
A very simple mod to make Civilians and Maintenance Drones move on their own.
They will migrate from planets that are not excluded or destinations, to planets that are destinations. Each destination will pull up to 1000 civilians per month.
Destination and Excluded planets are marked by decision.
Respects housing and amenity counts on the destination.
Will not abandon planets by taking the last pop (If you somehow have a planet with no jobs so it’s only Civilians or Maintenance Drones)
