Lillian Scarlet [Zera Zafe Leader Addon][Remake]
Adds Lillian Scarlet as a special story-driven Official for Stellaris.
This mod is a remake/adaptation of the original A leader Lillian Scarlett mod, rebuilt and rewritten as a Zera Zafe Addon.

That mod is still working, but I wanted to make this version fit better into the Zera Zafe lore.
Several days after the rise of the new imperial order, a mysterious capsule crashes on the empire’s Capitol Planet.
Inside, authorities discover a young girl with white hair, heterochromatic eyes, a pale halo, and no memories of who she is or where she came from.
The only inscription found inside the capsule reads:
“Lillian Scarlet, 117.”
Over time, Lillian proves to possess extraordinary intelligence, impossible administrative ability, and an extremely high affinity with the Shroud.
Eventually, she is formally recruited as a high-level Official of the nation.

This version focuses on Lillian as a mysterious administrative prodigy and high-level imperial official.

This mod uses AI-assisted artwork and edited visual assets.
Writing, integration, event structure, localisation, balance adjustments, and implementation were manually assembled and edited.
