mostly vanilla, bans Genetic and Cybernetic ascension unless Servitor and Assimilator

Everyone except Warden, embrace the shroud

Enhanced some species traits
Intelligent and Logic Engine: 10%->20% job research, cyborg’s 1cost version 15%
Elevated Synapses: +1 leader skill
Efficient Processors: +1 leader skill
Cranial Hypertrophy: +10% exp gain, Megatrophy: +20% exp gain and 1 skill
Robust: 40% army damage, 20% army health, Resilient: 25% army health
