Short Description

Small MP fix for Stellaris 4.3.7.
Originally made to address desyncs with Desynchronized Entries: country_resources, and later expanded to reduce Grand Archive and vivarium-related desyncs.

Detailed Description

This mod is intended for multiplayer games in Stellaris Cetus v4.3.7.

Original issues addressed:
Desynchronized Entries: COUNTRY_RESOURSES
Desynchronized Entries: RANDOM_COUNT and NUM_EXHIBITS

What the mod changes:

1. Disables the problematic randomized route logic for Caravaneer Fleet 3, which could cause OOS/desyncs in multiplayer saves.
2. Cleans up old fleet3_capital_destination route flags so existing saves do not continue using the broken logic.
3. Adds a workaround for Grand Archive and vivarium-related desyncs:
increases vivarium capacity;
heavily slows automatic space fauna growth;
makes the controlled space fauna growth policy use safer behavior.
4. The vivarium workaround is intended to reduce desyncs involving entries such as RANDOM_COUNT and NUM_EXHIBITS, especially when the vivarium is completely full.

Important: this mod changes the checksum, so every player in the multiplayer session must have the same mod version enabled.
