Planetary Capacity Extender
This is a small cheat mod that lets you add extra district capacity to a colonized planet, orbital habitat, or ring world segment through a planetary decision.
Use the decision on a colony, choose how many additional districts you want to add, and the planet will receive a visible planetary feature representing the added capacity. The decision can be used repeatedly.
