FE Building Rebalance
The devs’ economic nerfs in 4.3 probably came from good intentions, but I don’t like how they slapped a planet-wide limit of 1 on all Fallen Empire buildings across the board. So I’ve reworked all basic Fallen Empire buildings according to my own ideas:
1. Limited to 2 per planet, with no limit if the corresponding technology has been researched.
2. All automated workforce modifier now only affect Fallen Empires.
