The infamous Admiral Jeltin Skwish has returned!
Updated to version 4.2 and reuploaded with permission from the original author Donofett. All credit goes to Donofett for this fantastic paragon leader mod! I had to take some artistic liberties with Jeltin’s leader traits since a couple of the original ones don’t exist any more, but I did my best to stay in line with the original vision.
Jeltin should contact your empire shortly after researching Xeno Linguistics.
This is the complete mod and you do NOT need to download the original for this to work. Also, no base game files are overwritten so this should have zero incompatibilities.
This mod alters the checksum and is not Ironman compatible.
