Human Empire Spawn Fix
After patch 4.3.4 released, some people noticed an unintended coding bug resulted in human empires breaking somewhat broken. Custom or even premade human empires would not spawn as AI empires, even if you forced them to. This simple mod aims to patch that. Not achievement compatible unfortunately, and may have the unintended side effect of having random AI empires use human portraits.
