Imperium Elves 4.0

There are a few errors related to jobs that have been renamed in 4.x. If I ever figure out how to properly do job specific portraits in a pop group world(or PDX gives us the tools to do so) I’ll go back and fix the job entries.
Should also be compatible with the original creators currently maintained "Imperial Races" mod which has a different Elven portrait set:
