Complete with a fixed GTU preset, 2 new civics, and two new Government Types for both the Confederate Republics of Antares and the Greater Terran Union!
Constitutional Stratocracy- Bound to the new Civic "Eclectic Military Body"
Parliamentary Confederacy- Bound to the old Civic "Confederacy"
Fixes the GTU namelist’s recursive ship and army names and adds in names from the UNE and CWM namelists as well.
Alongside this is a change to the clothes of the Human Portrait, making the regal "Imperial" Human clothes be the default Human Ruler clothing for multiple government types.

CAUTION: The Tyrum Consciousness will not load as an Empire if you play with a mod that changes Gestalt Governments. Namely, Ethics and Civics Bugged Branch.
