Because it doesn’t take 4 years to cast votes.
Primarily made for personal use, this mod changes the absolutely LUDICROUS senate timers down to lengths that you would reasonably expect an assembly to adhere to. Theres a few miscellaneous changes, but of primary importance:

  • Senate resolution votes take 20 days, from 1440.
  • Recess takes 40 days, from 720.
  • You can change your vote every 5 days until the session ends.
