Rollback updates relating to Nanotech research facilities to v.4.0.21.

Features

This mod is a remade of Nanotech Ascension. The revised Nanotech Ascension encourages players to adopt the Subsume World Decision and build starbases, enhancing output through adjustments brought by buildings, planetary ascensions, and mining stations

Utilized Nanotech Tradition Tree

1. Aggregation Systems effect change to: “+50% Mining Station Output"

2. Molecular Reconfiquration effect change:
* Nanotech Cauldron building: Build cost adjust to 1200 Minerals, upkeep adjust to 30 Minerals
* Nanite Transmutation: Build cost adjust to 1200 Minerals, add upkeep 1 alloy, Planet Modifier unit Fabricators +0.1 but Nanites Upkeep per uniExotic GasesNolatile Motes/Rare crvstals DeFabricators + 0.15

3. Unbridled Consumption effect change: New Colony Designation for Nanotech World

* Nano-Research World: Researcher’s output +10%, but Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25
* Nano-Industrial World: Fabricator’s output +25%, but Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25
* Nano-Generator World: Technician’s output+50%, but Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25
* Nano-Mining World: Miner’s output+50%, but Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25
* Nanotech World: Mechanical Pop Assembly Speed +10%, building output+10%, yet building upkeep +10% and Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25
* Nano-Bureaucrat World: Pop housing usage -10%, Pop amenities usage -15%, Bureaucrat’s output +25%, but Nanites Upkeep per unit +0.25

4. Nanite Augmentations effect change: The Edict "Nano-operated Supply Change" effect changes to "Empire Size from Pops -10%”

5. Cost of Nanite Interdictor reduced to 3750, cost of Nanite Swarmer reduced to 400

6. A lack of nanites cancels all Edicts using it.
