Remove Empire Size
This is a Cheat mod, for all intents and purposes.
Removes all effects from Empire size whilst still keeping the visible "empire size" number, unlike other mods I’ve seen.
Any problems or update Requests, leave a comment.
Should be compatible with everything, unless it specifically changes the values relating to vanilla empire size effects.
