Description:

A small mod which should disable the ability for the AI to form federations or invite other empires to them.

NOTES:
– This will NOT stop the formation of federations which are created as part of an origin.
– It also will NOT disable federations that form from special events like the playing becoming the crisis or the war in heaven (As far as I can tell as I can’t test somethings due to not owning all DLC)
– It’s simply disabling the everyday Federations that you form via the diplomacy screen (Which should be 99% of the annoying federations taken care of)

Compatibility:
– Made for version 4.0.6 but should work fine for any 4.x version
– Makes changes to the file "commondiplomatic_actions0_actions.txt" by changing "action_invite_to_federation" and "action_ask_to_join_federation"

A mod made for personal use that I have decided to upload as I was tired of every game having all the AI’s join one of two huge federations which tend to form. I have no experience making mods so apologies if you run into any issues but if you report them I will try my best to fix it when and where I can.
