TouhouSeitofu のリーダー特性、種族クラス定義をver4.xに適合させるmodです。
修正内容には以下が含まれます。

○リーダークラス再設定
○リーダー特性の仕様変更に伴う一部の記述の書き換え
○種族クラス定義のver4.xへの適合
○英訳ファイル組み込み(UiTanamaru氏提供)
○幻想少女国家補正の選挙期間延長補正の書き換え
○建造物、および職業関連の効果変更

This mod makes the leader traits and race class definitions of TouhouSeitofu compatible with version 4.x.

Modifications include:

○Resetting of leader class
○Rewriting of some descriptions due to specification changes of leader traits
○Adaptation of race class definitions to version 4.x
○Incorporating Full-English translation file (provided by UiTanamaru)
○Rewriting the election period extension correction of the fantasy girl national correction
