This patch makes marchin_81 Vorlon Shipset compatible with NSC3 and updates it to 4.0+

The Vorlons are one of the oldest and most enigmatic races in the Babylon 5 universe. Ancient, powerful, and deeply mysterious, they are part of the First Ones — beings that existed long before the younger races. Vorlon ships are organic and highly advanced, often appearing alive, with flowing, bio-mechanical designs and glowing energy. The Vorlons rarely speak plainly, preferring cryptic guidance and manipulation from behind the scenes. Their philosophy centers on order, obedience, and the belief that younger races should be guided — even controlled — for their own good.
