At War Planetary Cannons 3.13 ( for NSC2 and ESCN)
ignore the incompatibility warning in the launcher. the mod still work perfectly fine in 3.13 Enjoy !!
designed to be played with mods that increase ships strength such as NSC2 and ESCN you can use it with vanilla but expect every fleet that enters plant`s orbit to be annihilated.
standalone mod don’t use it with the other one.
