Recruitment is triggered upon adopting your first tradition. Even if ignored, she can still be recruited later via in-game communications!

新增了"前卫君改造项目计划"，TIP：可以在研究完稀有科技巨型战体之后在通讯中触发。
前卫君有最大上限和自己的专属图标，被消灭或解散后可以通过通讯向莉音请求重置战体建造的组装上限 ~
Adds the "Vanguard-kun Modification Project" (TIP: Unlocks via communications needs after researching some rare tech ).
Vanguard-kun has a maximum unit cap and custom icons. If destroyed or disbanded, you can request Rio to reset the assembly limit via communications.
