A Personal Stellaris
This is a lightweight mod that changes some minor aspects to my preference to make Stellaris more enjoyable for my game sessions.
Originally a personal mod, I felt that it would not be hurt to share some simple things that can make Stellaris more enjoyable even for a bit.
Stronger Fallen Empire
– The Fallen Empires receive some small modifications so they could be a bigger threat to the players and not being beaten to submission by GA AIs until lategame.
• Fallen Empire always spawns initial fleets with Titans, Battlecruisers and Escorts.
• Fallen Empire always spawns a Colossus with them.
• Fallen Empire fringe worlds have more military buildings on planet.
• Fallen Empire can build (or at least repair) buildings in their occupied space.
• Fallen Empire occupied territory will be defended by citadels with a larger number of stations.
• Awakened Empires can upgrade their starbases.
• (For ZOFE) Awakened Empires will receive the same bonus resource depending on the selected difficulty.
Tougher Spacebornes
– All major spaceborne lifeforms receive 2000% modifier in hull, armor, shield and a small percentage regeneration.
• All Leviathans have been significantly enhanced to ensure they would stay until lategame.
• All Enclaves have been significantly enhanced to ensure they would stay until lategame.
• All Caravaneers have been significantly enhanced in ships and stations to ensure they would stay until lategame.
• The Shroud Avatars from End of the Cycle have been significantly enhanced to be more of a threat to the galaxy.
• Sentinel and Cybrex’s defensive structures are massively buffed by the same amount of modifier because they have only a single space.
• Nanite Factory and Dimensional Portal receive the same modifier because their destruction would end a Crisis, so they should not be too easy to be destroyed.
Additional
• Modified camera angle based on Re-Camera Tweak.
• Reduced demotion time for pops by 90%.
• Added a cap and enhanced the effect of several repeatable technologies.
• Reduced policy, truce, government reform and species rights to 5 years.
• Repeatable technologies for Ascension Perks (up to 4 levels)
• Hyper Relays and Gateways cannot be built manually and require heavy cost to restore derelict ones.

– Several entries in gameplay defines
– It goes without saying this is NOT Ironman Friendly.
